MIP-VSAP Sticker Issuance Guidelines

  1. Stickers issued only to Locators with updated monthly maintenance dues
  2. Previous traffic violations must be settled before new sticker issuance
  3. Vehicle must be brought to MIP Admin Office for sticker affixing by authorized personnel
  4. Fake/unauthorized stickers penalty: ₱5,000 per violation

MIP Road Traffic Rules, Fines and Penalties

  1. Double Parking: ₱1,000 per day
  2. Parking on Sidewalk:
    • Truck: ₱1,000 per day
    • Car/SUV: ₱500 per day
    • Motorcycle: ₱200 per day
  3. Parking at Gates 1 or 2 (40m radius): ₱2,000 per day
  4. Blocking gate/way of other locators: ₱1,000 per day
  5. Throwing trash: ₱100 per violation
  6. Parking at No Parking Zone (corner curbs, fire hydrants): ₱1,000 per day
  7. One Side Parking at Platinum Ave.: ₱1,000 per day
  8. Clamping of unattended vehicles at No Parking Zone: ₱3,000

Required Documents

  1. Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (CR)
  2. Photocopy of Official Receipt (current) / Sales Invoice (new vehicles)
  3. Photocopy of Driver's License (valid and current)

  • I acknowledge full responsibility for the integrity of the materials to be brought inside MIP
  • I consent to vehicle/material inspection by MIP Admin/Security Personnel
